Description
This series was produced for the Revenue Cycle Department to explain the management and processes of finances and strategies for the hospital’s Outpatient Service Providers.
As my first project with this organization, I had inherited this project series with a style that was already in place and some scenes that had previously been built, but none of it was working. The scenes were sloppy and the interactions with the characters didn’t connect. The visuals were so distracting that the messaging was lost.
Using the same asset library and constructing new scenes, I developed a workflow that was coherent, re-usable and effective. Characters now had personality and real interactions that followed the narrative and helped get their points across in each series.
